Poly Jet technology is ideal for printing even the most complex 3D models with exceptionally high quality, accuracy and speed.   PolyJet technology works by jetting state of the art photopolymer materials in ultra-thin layers (16µ) onto a build tray layer by layer until the 3D model is completed.  Each photopolymer layer in the 3D model is cured by UV light immediately after it is jetted, producing fully cured 3D models that can be handled and used immediately, without post-curing. The process utilizes a gel-like support material, which is specially designed to support complicated geometries.  This material is then easily removed when the model is complete.
